What is the production lead time for bulk orders? How to ensure on-time delivery?
The production lead time for regular orders is 15~30 days (depending on quantity).When the contract is signed and the deposit is received, the production schedule will be provided to ensure timely delivery.

Can I get the samples?
Of course, but you may need to pay sample charge and freight which will be returned after an order signed.
The product is still under warranty, but it was damaged during use. What should I do?
